I am a self-starter, an “envelope pusher” who is passionate about the learning sciences and technology. So much so, I approached my Customer Service Director at a Specialty Pharmacy to offer my burgeoning instructional design skills. Notably, I impressed both her and the Learning and Development Director with my application of instructional design principles. Because of that push to dream beyond where I was, I had the opportunity to work and continue to grow as an Instructional Designer for another company.
This second career is built on a foundation of academic and work experiences that allowed me to obtain instructional design skills over the years. See the descriptions of my ID and transferable skills and growth below.
